Core responsibilities
As a behavior coach, you will supervise residents to ensure safety and implement behavior modification techniques. You will also assist in creating a structured environment that promotes positive behavioral, academic, social, and physical development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with at-Risk youth preferred. Current cpr and first aid certifications are required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
