Camp Teen Adventure Leader - Arnold (Greater Annapolis)

The teen adventurer camp leader will supervise and ensure the safety of a group of campers and associates while maintaining high program quality and engagement. Responsibilities include planning and leading curriculum-Based activities, driving a y minibus for field trips, and leveraging enthusiasm to create a fun camper experience.

Candidates must have an interest in the well-Being of camp-Age children, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, good humor, good judgment, and spirit. A minimum of one season of prior camp experience is required, along with the ability to communicate clearly and listen effectively to children, parents, and staff.
