Youth Development Coordinator

The coordinator will plan and conduct educational and recreational programs for youth aged 6-18, including homework help, tutoring, and running activities, while ensuring program goals and objectives are met. This role also involves supporting the clubhouse director and assistant director with administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting.

Candidates must have experience working with youth aged 6-18 in a youth development setting, possess strong relationship-Building skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage youth behavior effectively. Required competencies include strong communication, organization, familiarity with pc software like microsoft office, and the ability to drive company vehicles.
