Pediatric Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The role involves directly providing behavioral supports, skill development, and guidance to children while supervising behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians. Responsibilities also include conducting behavioral assessments, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a human service field and hold current bcba certification. A minimum of one year of experience supporting children with delays or disabilities is preferred, along with a valid illinois driver's license and insurance.
