EHS Bilingual Parent Engagement Associate

The parent engagement associate leads recruitment and enrollment for the ehs program, supporting families in identifying and achieving goals through a family-Centered case management model based on the head start framework. This role involves collaborating with staff to encourage child attendance, monitoring participation, and ensuring families meet health and education requirements.

Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both english and spanish, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to the organization's mission. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver's license and driving experience, is required.
