2025-26 Instructional Aide

Instructional aides are responsible for modeling core values, upholding high academic and behavioral expectations, and fostering students' positive self-View and development across social, emotional, physical, and intellectual domains. They must also effectively communicate with stakeholders, maintain positive classroom culture, reinforce school rules, and assist in curricular material creation and record keeping.

Candidates should be relentless in aiming for student growth and committed to the educational mission, vision, and goals of freedom prep academy. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in urban teaching or as a teaching assistant is desired, along with strong computer skills.
