Pool Coordinator - Cato Johnson YMCA

The pool coordinator provides supervision and support for children in a seasonal day camp aquatic environment while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards. They are responsible for conducting swim tests, maintaining facility equipment, and modeling ymca core values during all interactions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants should have previous experience working with children and must obtain cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention certifications within 30 days of hire.
