2025-26 Permanent Substitute Teacher (Part-Time)

The permanent substitute teacher is responsible for carrying out the lesson plans of the regularly appointed teacher, introducing and helping students develop mastery of concepts as measured through consistent assessments. Staff members must embody core values, uphold high academic and behavioral expectations, and foster positive student development.

A bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, which requires two to four years of experience in urban teaching or educational leadership. Candidates must be able to work effectively with diverse learning abilities in heterogeneously grouped classrooms and possess strong computer skills.
