Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan

The job coach will manage a caseload of about 10 clients, primarily providing support at their job sites. They will teach and assist new workers with disabilities to ensure their success in their roles.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and possess strong communication skills. A high school diploma or ged is required, and flexibility in work hours is essential.
