Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan

The job coach will manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, spending most of their time in the field teaching and supporting new workers with disabilities to achieve job proficiency through demonstration and modeling. Responsibilities also include assisting with travel to job sites when necessary and writing detailed service notes to track client outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and ideally have one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, with dsp experience being a plus. Flexibility in work hours, including potential early mornings, evenings, or weekends, is mandatory, along with strong communication and relationship-Building skills.
