Job Coach (Special Needs) - Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan

The job coach will manage a caseload of 10-15 clients, spending most of their time in the field teaching, assisting, and supporting new workers with disabilities in their jobs through various techniques. They are also responsible for providing necessary travel assistance and writing detailed service notes after each session to track client progress.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and are preferred to have one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, along with an understanding of person centered planning. Flexibility in work hours, including potential early mornings, evenings, or weekends, is mandatory to meet scheduling needs.
