Provide impartial support, coaching, and guidance to parents and caregivers of youth with emotional or behavioral challenges. Assist families in navigating child-serving systems and processes to meet the needs of the youth.
Requires lived experience as a parent, foster parent, or legal guardian of a youth with special needs, preferably mental health needs. At least one year of professional experience in social services caring for youth and families is required.
