Residential Counselor 1/2 DCS

The residential counselor provides care, rehabilitative training, support, and supervision for the development of community living skills to residents. Responsibilities include teaching, monitoring, and providing recovery-Oriented supports, as well as assisting residents with daily living activities and documentation of their progress.

For residential counselor 1, a high school diploma is required, with human services experience preferred. Residential counselor 2 requires a bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent experience.
