Physical Therapist

Responsibilities include performing evaluations to identify functional limitations impeding educational performance, participating in iep meetings to establish goals, and delivering direct, hands-On therapy sessions. The role also requires providing consultative services, adapting equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure compliance.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and hold valid indiana state licensure to practice. Previous experience working with school-Age children, preferably in a special education setting, is preferred.
