Core responsibilities
The occupational therapist will create and deliver individualized treatment programs for k-12 students based on ieps, collaborating with teams to set goals and accommodations. Responsibilities also include conducting comprehensive student evaluations, maintaining compliant documentation, and providing consultation and training to staff and caregivers district-Wide.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a current occupational therapist license for the service delivery state or eligibility to obtain one, along with required background checks and us work eligibility. Preferred qualifications include experience in school settings working with students facing learning or social-Emotional challenges, and proficiency in sensory integration techniques.
