Teen Parent Specialist II PM-2 pm to 10 pm - Seton Home

The specialist is responsible for the overall wellbeing, care, and supervision of adolescent mothers and their young children in a residential setting, applying trauma-Informed practices. This role involves planning and leading parenting, educational, and life skills activities while maintaining accurate documentation and enforcing agency policies.

A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, though an associate's degree in a human services field is preferred, along with at least six months of experience in human services or child welfare working with children and adolescents. Candidates must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance.
