Graduate Nurse Residency Program

The graduate nurse residency program is designed to help new graduate rns transition from student to professional nurse through training and support. Participants will receive mentoring and training throughout the year-Long residency.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing program and possess a minnesota rn license by their start date. Additionally, applicants should have less than one year of rn experience and must obtain a bsn within three years of hire for the st. Cloud location.
