Family Program Specialist (Bilingual Preferred) - Willmar (#1125C)

As a family program specialist, you will plan and implement learning activities for families and advocate for them by connecting them with community resources. You will also conduct home visits to assess family needs and help them navigate services.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of post-Secondary education and three years of experience in a human services field, or a combined total of five years of education and experience. Fluency in written and spoken spanish is preferred.
