Head Start Teacher I-A (Represented)

The head start teacher is responsible for the respectful care, active supervision, development, and instruction of pre-School children within a child development program. This role requires adherence to approved curriculum, head start policies, philosophy, and ohs performance standards.

The teacher must serve as an appropriate role model for staff, parents, and children, demonstrating respectful communication, problem-Solving, and priority-Setting skills while maintaining a positive attitude. Additionally, the incumbent must be capable of writing clearly and maintaining current documentation for every child.
