Job Coach

The job coach will engage individuals by providing coaching, feedback, and demonstration of skill development tasks, while also participating in matching individuals to employment or vocational opportunities. This role involves meeting with employers, ensuring appropriate grooming/Attire, and delivering work adjustment training to help individuals maintain competitive employment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and six months of experience in human services is preferred. A valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle, and a commitment to the company's mission are mandatory.
