Direct Support Professional I - Childrens Congregate Care

The direct support professional i ensures the safety and well-Being of youth through active engagement and therapeutic interaction. They monitor the treatment milieu and support the development of a therapeutic environment that promotes emotional growth and positive behavior.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. Related experience working with youth or in human services is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible shifts.
