Resident Advisor/ Life Skills Coach

The resident advisor provides instruction and coaching in independent living skills such as meal planning and financial literacy while assisting with housing responsibilities and serving as a positive ambassador for the program. This role also involves acting as a primary advisor to designated students, conducting weekly coaching sessions, and responding to after-Hours emergencies as part of the on-Call rotation.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, education, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or related disabilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and strong problem-Solving abilities, especially in high-Pressure situations, are essential.
