Assistant Track & Field Cross Country Coach PT

This position assists the head coach in all phases of the ncaa division ii men's and women's cross country and track & field program, focusing on instruction, development, and management to support the student-Athletes' education. Key duties include organizing practices, ensuring ncaa compliance, recruiting, and participating in university public relations and development activities.

Candidates must be willing to support the university's catholic and assumptionist mission and possess strong skills in communication, public relations, management, and leadership, including conflict resolution. A bachelor's degree is required, a master's is preferred, and current certifications in first aid, cpr, and aed use must be maintained.
