Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis science to support skill development or reduce problematic behaviors, while establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers. They are also responsible for collecting accurate data and attending assigned trainings and meetings.

Candidates need a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, and must pass required background checks and maintain cpr/First aid certification. Reliable transportation and the physical ability to perform manual tasks are mandatory.
