Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis science to support skill development or reduce problematic behaviors, while establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers. They are also responsible for accurate data collection and attending required trainings and meetings.

Candidates need reliable transportation and must pass required federal, state, and provider-Specific background checks, along with holding valid cpr and first aid certifications. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred and may be required for certain cases.
