Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians provide behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis science to support skill development or reduce problematic behaviors, while establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers. They are also responsible for collecting accurate data and attending required trainings and supervision meetings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred and may be required for specific cases. Satisfactory background checks, valid cpr/First aid certification, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
