Behavior Technician

Responsibilities include providing behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis science to support skill development or reduce problematic behaviors, and establishing therapeutic relationships with clients and caregivers. Technicians must also collect accurate data and maintain administrative functions to support families and the treatment team.

A high school diploma is required, though a bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience is preferred and may be necessary for specific cases. Candidates must pass background checks, possess valid cpr and first aid certifications, and have reliable transportation.
