Full-time Milieu Counselor - Overnight

The primary role is to provide guidance and supervision to children and adolescents within a residential setting, assisting them with daily life decisions and conduct according to agency policy. This includes promoting the physical and mental well-Being of each child and being responsible for implementing and maintaining trauma systems therapy (Tst) in the milieu.

Candidates should be empathetic, good listeners who enjoy working with youth and possess a hopeful outlook, with a willingness to work flexible overnight hours, including weekends. Minimum requirements include reliable transportation with specific seating capacity, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance, though relevant experience or related educational backgrounds are valued.
