Family Visitor

The position involves providing high-Quality home visiting services to vulnerable and high-Risk families following the healthy families america model requirements. This includes partnering with families to strengthen parent-Child relationships, achieve positive child health outcomes, improve family functioning, and maintaining model fidelity.

Candidates need a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related human services field, though an associate's degree with experience will be considered. Required abilities include working with diverse communities, functioning well with long-Term projects, having availability for weeknights or weekends, and possessing strong communication skills.
