  • Range: $22.00The Lead ABA Therapist for In-Home Services delivers high-quality ABA therapy directly in clients’ homes and provides guidance, modeling, and support to RBTs delivering in-home sessions. This role requires strong independence, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with families while maintaining clinical integrity and boundaries. Work a maximum six (6) hours each week per client. Of these, four (4) hours MUST be in customer’s home. The remaining two (2) hours may be worked outside the client’s home AS NEEDED Ensuring the treatment plan is implemented as designed. Ensuring proper implementation and effectiveness of the treatment plan. Reviewing all data collected by the Line Therapist and parent/guardian. In-Home Clinical Implementation Model appropriate behavior intervention techniques. Maintain professional boundaries while working inside client homes. Implement skill acquisition programs, behavior reduction strategies, and data collection procedures. Graphing all current data, updating programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Behavioral Science, or related field (required) 1–2 years of ABA experience, including in-home or community-based therapy (required) Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Must pass state background checks and meet all in-home service requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license RBT certification preferred but not required
