Registered Behavaior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician will work directly with children to implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by a bcba, focusing on building communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills to foster independence. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data during sessions, documenting notes, and partnering with families and caregivers to support skill generalization.

Candidates must possess an active rbt certification and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Essential qualifications include the ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity and demonstrate strong communication and professionalism when interacting with children, families, and clinicians.
