Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will directly implement individualized aba treatment plans designed by a bcba, focusing on building communication, social, functional, and adaptive skills in children. Responsibilities also include accurately collecting data, documenting sessions, and partnering with families to support skill generalization.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and maintain active rbt certification, with a bachelor's degree being preferred. Essential qualifications include the ability to implement behavior intervention strategies with fidelity and demonstrate strong professionalism when interacting with children, families, and clinicians.
