The role involves leading and supporting classroom instruction for high-Risk youth across elementary through high school levels using a blended curriculum that includes online coursework and hands-On projects. Responsibilities also include maintaining a stable, supportive classroom environment, tracking participation, and ensuring student academic and social-Emotional success.

Candidates must possess either a bachelor's degree or at least three years of related experience, requiring a parapro exam if experience is substituted, with clarvida reimbursing the cost. Additional requirements include passing background checks, adhering to drug-Free policies, and meeting mandated health requirements.
