Registered Behavior Technician - RBT/BT - Full-Time

The role involves supporting individuals with autism in various settings by teaching daily living and social skills using evidence-Based treatments and collecting unbiased data during sessions. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the clinical team, implementing bcba-Designed therapy, and communicating effectively with team members and families.

Candidates must possess a high-School diploma or equivalent and have consistent, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance for in-Home service provision. New behavior technicians must be eligible to pass the rbt exam within 45 days of hire after completing the required 40-Hour training course.
