Paraprofessional

The paraprofessional will support students in an alternative school program by delivering lesson plans, co-Teaching with special education teachers, and assisting with academic and behavioral support. Key duties include collaborating with staff, monitoring student behaviors, and proactively intervening during escalations to maintain a structured environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and pass the parapro exam, along with having over two years of experience working with at-Risk youth. Applicants must also pass background checks, comply with drug-Free workplace rules, and meet mandated health requirements, with bilingual skills in english/Spanish being preferred.
