FMI AZ Intensive Therapist

The primary duty involves conducting direct service units of intensive marriage work or enrichment event facilitation monthly, alongside providing non-Direct services such as training oversight, research, writing, and product development. This role also requires coordinating aftercare resources, administering training programs, and participating in various clinical team projects and meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's or doctorate degree and be a licensed provider in the state of employment (Lmft, lmsw/Lcsw, lpc, or licensed psychologist) with 5 to 7 years of counseling experience. Essential qualifications include a strong christian faith, adherence to organizational values, excellent clinical skills integrated with biblical principles, and effective communication abilities.
