Independent Living Support Worker-PRN

The independent living support worker promotes the well-Being of youth in the trail program by providing direct supervision, teaching independent living skills, and acting as a life coach responsible for apartment logistics and administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include modeling life skills, completing required documentation, providing counseling, and ensuring youth safety and compliance with individualized plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or g.e.d. And be at least 25 years old, meeting the regulation requiring employees to be three years older than the oldest resident. A valid driver's license meeting agency underwriting standards is also mandatory for this position.
