Extended Day Teacher

The extended day teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to manage a classroom of children, implementing curriculum designed to achieve positive outcomes for children of all abilities. Key duties include planning and implementing learning experiences that advance intellectual and physical development, addressing challenging behaviors, and documenting children's progress through observations.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a child development associate (Cda) credential or an advanced degree is preferred. This position mandates passing a physical exam and background checks.
