After School Caregiver

The role involves acting as a companion/Buddy to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities develop independence through community and home-Based services, focusing on their favorite hobbies and activities. Responsibilities include building long-Lasting relationships, supporting goal achievement such as budgeting and socializing, and ensuring client safety and well-Being with dignity and respect.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with a strong passion for assisting individuals with disabilities. Essential personal attributes include patience, empathy, and dedication to fostering client success.
