Key duties include monitoring and record keeping (40%), case management and training (30%), health education and training (10%), outreach (10%), and health and safety (10%).
Requirements summary
A bachelor's degree in a public health related field such as health education, population health, child nutrition, or health administration is required, along with one year of experience in a public health or preschool-Related program. Candidates must be bilingual in english and spanish and must obtain cpr and first aid certifications within 90 days of hire, while also being able to travel approximately 25% of the time.
