Esports Coordinator

The esports coordinator is tasked with developing, launching, and growing the ymca's esports program, which includes recruiting participants, overseeing operations, coaching, and managing program identity and equipment. This role requires close collaboration with youth & sports leadership to ensure alignment with ymca values and strategic priorities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least one year of competitive esports experience in team-Based multiplayer games like rocket league, fortnite, or league of legends. Preferred qualifications include coaching or teaching experience, experience working with youth, and strong communication and leadership skills.
