Early Childhood Teacher - Lowrance Family YMCA

The early childhood teacher is responsible for implementing curriculum, designing daily lesson plans, and supervising children while focusing on ymca core values like honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring. This role also requires maintaining ongoing observations and evaluations of each child and engaging parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and meet state-Established educational and experience qualifications, including obtaining cpr, first aid, aed, and child abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire. A 45-Hour certificate is mandatory, and previous experience in a developmental setting is preferred.
