Core responsibilities

This role is responsible for executing the practical skills training phase for new and existing team members, ensuring they develop critical thinking and high-Level competencies using a competency-Based model. The coach also provides direct support to medical providers, technologists, and patients through various clinical and administrative tasks.

Requirements summary

Candidates should ideally be graduates of a medical assistant program and possess at least one year of medical assistant experience under supervision within the last three years, along with prior training experience. Required certifications include bls and one of several recognized medical assistant certifications (Ccma, cma, rma, ncma, nrcma) or equivalent clinical credentials like lpn/Rn/Emt/Cna.
