Behavior Clinician II

The clinician ii will manage a caseload of individuals with intellectual/Developmental disabilities, conducting functional behavior assessments and developing positive behavior support plans. This role involves providing clinical guidance to staff, conducting program visits, and ensuring data collection and plan updates meet individual needs.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in a related discipline such as psychology, behavior analysis, or social work, or be in their final semester of obtaining one. A minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities and relevant experience in designing support plans are required, with applied behavior analysis experience being preferred.
