Elementary School Teacher (Grades K-4)

K-4 teachers are responsible for planning and delivering a comprehensive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with state standards, while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Key duties include managing the classroom, assessing student progress, collaborating with staff and parents, and providing individualized support to ensure student growth.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education or a related field, along with a state standard teaching certification or equivalent. Previous experience with elementary or middle school students is strongly preferred, as are excellent communication and organizational skills.
