Direct Care Counselor - TASP

The counselor will work as part of a team to provide a therapeutic environment for children, focusing on their emotional, behavioral, and educational development while maintaining safety. Essential functions include directly supervising and planning social/Recreational activities and applying therapeutic crisis intervention methods.

Candidates must possess at minimum a high school diploma or ged, and a valid ma driver's license is required. Students pursuing education in special education, psychology, or criminal justice are strongly encouraged to apply.
