Assistant Women's Flag Football Coach

The assistant coach assists the head coach in all management aspects of the team, including practice, games, and player recruitment, adhering to university and naia regulations. Essential functions include instructing student-Athletes, establishing safety standards, monitoring training sessions, and mentoring athletes for academic success.

A bachelor's degree is required for this part-Time position reporting to the head coach and athletic director. Candidates should possess strong commitment, independent judgment, problem-Solving skills, and the ability to motivate student-Athletes, with 1-3 years of college coaching experience preferred.
