Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Essential duties include providing direct treatment, collecting and recording data with high fidelity, and maintaining compliance with all policies and hipaa requirements.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, which includes a comprehensive written exam and field evaluation. Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
