Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the direction of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction in various settings. Essential duties include providing direct treatment, collecting and recording data with high fidelity, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, including written and field evaluations. Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
