Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement applied behavior analysis (Aba) treatment programs for patients and families under the guidance of a clinical supervisor, focusing on skill acquisition and challenging behavior reduction. Essential duties include providing direct treatment, accurately recording progress data, and maintaining high clinical quality standards in various settings.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and successfully pass the initial card behavior technician training program, including written and field evaluations. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) is preferred.
